Order Taking and Processing:

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service is vital, including addressing queries, resolving complaints, and following up with customers.

Sales Targets:

Telesales Executives work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.

Reporting:

They create and present sales reports to sales managers, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
