Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain product/service details.
Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.
Handle customer queries professionally and build good rapport.
Maintain call logs and sales records accurately.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 months to 1 year of telesales experience.
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
