We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven
Telesales Team Leader
to manage, motivate, and guide a team of telesales executives. The ideal candidate will ensure the team meets sales targets, maintains high-quality customer interactions, and follows the company's communication standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives.
Allocate daily leads and monitor team performance.
Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
Provide training, feedback, and coaching to improve sales skills.
Sales & Target Achievement
Ensure team achieves daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Track KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, pitch quality, and lead closure.
Assist team members in closing challenging calls or high-value leads.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and lead conversion strategies.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor live calls to ensure quality standards and provide corrective guidance.
Maintain reports on attendance, performance, productivity, and sales output.
Coordinate with the management team for updates, requirements, and escalations.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Process & Quality Control
Ensure proper lead management and CRM data accuracy.
Implement company policies, sales scripts, and compliance protocols.
Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure issue resolution.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of telesales experience, with at least 1 year in a team leader/supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies.
Should be target-driven, confident, and proactive.
Experience in Ed-Tech, BPO, or sales-driven industries preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
