We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Team Leader
to manage and guide our sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a high level of team motivation and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8-12 sales executives.
Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions of the team.
Train and support team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions to client/student queries.
Prepare and review team reports to track progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, targets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with management for performance reviews and process improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in EdTech or service industry).
Proven experience in handling a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on team performance and retention.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?47,000.00 per month
