Position: Telesales Team Leader - International Market

6 days/week - (rotationalshifts)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to oversee and drive performance across our international outbound sales operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing high-performing telesales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely, accurate, and clear communication across all sales team members Maintain and update weekly performance tracking files for Sales Agents Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets Monitor system metrics and team output in alignment with contractual obligations Provide structured feedback and implement action plans to improve individual and team performance

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in leading outbound telesales teams, preferably in international markets Proficiency in English (mandatory)
