manage a team of Relationship Advisors responsible for converting free members into

premium subscribers. This role requires strong leadership, empathy, and a consultative sales

approach to deliver an exceptional member experience while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Revenue Management



Drive daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets through active team performance monitoring. Guide team in end-to-end inside sales cycles: lead engagement, need analysis, objection handling, and closure. Ensure continuous improvement in customer conversion rates and productivity metrics.

Team Leadership & Performance Management



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to achieve business goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and address skill gaps. Manage team discipline, adherence to processes, and quality of interactions.

Operational Excellence



Manage shrinkage and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times. Actively work on controlling attrition and retaining top performers. Maintain hygiene metrics such as AHT, login hours, attendance, and CRM hygiene. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth process execution and issue resolution.

Customer & Service Focus



Ensure exceptional customer experience through high-quality calls and interactions. Provide direction on handling premium customers, escalations, and service delivery expectations. Implement customer feedback for product/process improvements.

Qualifications



Total Experience:

Up to 7-8 years

Team-Leading Experience:

Minimum 2-2.5 years on paper; more is acceptable but not less.

Background:

Strong experience in

hardcore inside sales / telesales / B2C domestic market

. Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi (Any one regional language).

Experience in consultative selling, subscription sales, or consumer services preferred. Ability to coach, influence, and manage performance in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
