Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team of
minimum 20-30 members
Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and overall team performance
Conduct training, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain CRM data accuracy
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies
Maintain a positive, energetic, and target-driven work culture
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience as a Team Leader
in telesales or BPO
Must have
handled a team of at least 20 members
Experience in
finance, investment, or insurance sales
preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and performance tracking
