Job Description

The Telesales Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating daily telesales activities, supporting telesales executives, and contributing directly to sales targets. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with emphasis on team coordination, call monitoring, and achieving assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of telesales executives. Actively participate in outbound sales calls to achieve individual and team targets. Track daily sales performance and follow-ups using CRM or lead management systems. Support team members with sales scripts, product information, and objection handling. Ensure adherence to calling processes, attendance, and basic sales discipline. Share daily performance updates and basic reports with management. Address customer queries and escalate complex issues when required. Maintain professionalism and ensure quality customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in tele sales or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales techniques. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
