Job Description

BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES:



Manage performance parameters such as Quality, Attrition, Unplanned Shrinkage, Schedule Adherence, AHT, FCR, NPS etc. as per set standards for team of 15-20 TSOs

Required Qualifications:



Full-time Graduation.

Experience: Min 2-3 years TL Experience into sales.

Skills & Process Knowledge:



Attrition Management and Control

Team Handling & BQ Management

Shrinkage Management and Control

Call Flow Analysis and Handling

Clear Understanding of KPIs and KRAs

Analytical Thinking & Decision Making

MIS Reporting & Understanding of CSAT, Quality Score, AHT, SLA

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Age Criteria: 25 - 31 Years

Salary: Upto 5.5 LPA

English (Full Professional Proficiency)
