Full-time Graduation.
Experience: Min 2-3 years TL Experience into sales.

Call Flow Analysis and Handling
Clear Understanding of KPIs and KRAs
Analytical Thinking & Decision Making
MIS Reporting & Understanding of CSAT, Quality Score, AHT, SLA
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
Age Criteria: 25 - 31 Years
