Handle customer escalation and support final deal closures.
Track productivity and maintain MIS & sales reports.
Ensure adherence to IRDA compliance and call quality standards.
Must have
2-3 years of Team Lead experience
in Insurance / Telesales.
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
required.
Should be target-driven, confident, and team-oriented.
