Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to improve team effectiveness.
Motivate and drive the team towards achieving KPIs such as call volumes, conversions, and revenue goals.
Ensure accurate call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Analyze call data and identify trends to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and share reports with management.
Conduct training sessions on platform usage, order management, and compliance standards.
Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure kitchen partners meet quality and hygiene standards.
Assist kitchen partners with menu configuration, pricing, and item descriptions.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide ongoing support to new kitchens.
Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, and logistics) for a seamless onboarding experience.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company guidelines.
Gather feedback from kitchen partners and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen operations, food tech, or the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to train and support new kitchen partners effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding tools/platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in food delivery or cloud kitchen operations.
Understanding of restaurant management systems and POS platforms.
