Job Summary:
We are hiring a
Sales Team Lead
with 4-6 years of total sales experience (minimum 1 year in a team lead role). The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills with experience in B2B or B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives.
Set and achieve team sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.
Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
4-6 years of sales experience with at least 1 year as a team lead.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales and customer relationship management.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Target-driven and adaptable to changing market conditions.
Preferred:
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales environments.
