Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate qualified leads and appointments through outbound calling for property sales.
Motivate and guide team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals.
Monitor team performance using KPIs (calls per day, conversion rates, closures, etc.).
Develop call scripts and sales pitches to maximize lead conversion.
Ensure the team provides accurate information to clients about projects, payment plans, and offers.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and improve results.
Handle escalated client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present results to management.
Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales agents as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
4-6 years of telesales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Proven track record in real estate telesales or property sales (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
