Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Sales Targets

Achieve monthly and semester-wise

admission targets

Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through structured follow-ups
Student & Parent Engagement

Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes Understand student needs and recommend

right-fit programs


Lead Handling & Follow-Up

Handle walk-ins, calls, online leads, and referrals Maintain regular follow-ups till admission closure
Need-Based Counselling

Follow a

need-based counselling approach

(course suitability, career goals) Ensure transparency and ethical admission practices
Data & Reporting

Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records accurately Update daily work reports and admission status
Team Coordination

Coordinate with academic, admin, and finance teams for smooth onboarding Support admission campaigns, open houses, and counselling sessions
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Targets Accomplishments: 2 years (Preferred) Cold calling: 2 years (Preferred) MS EXCell Advance: 2 years (Preferred) Admin: 2 years (Preferred) Counselling with Parents: 2 years (Preferred)
