Supervise daily operations of the calling team
Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback and coaching
Allocate leads and track team performance metrics
Conduct regular training to improve communication and sales techniques
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and customer handling protocols
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Collaborate with management to align team goals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
2+ years of experience in team handling or supervisory roles in telecalling/ BPO/ customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and motivational abilities
Proficiency in using CRM tools and call tracking software
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
