Telesales / Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer handling, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new leads
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email)
Prior experience in Telecalling / Sales / Business Development is a plus
