Job Description

The Telecaller / Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving bulk sales by proactively contacting potential customers, handling inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed orders. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a strong customer-centric approach from a manufacturer's perspective.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell cold pressed oils, essential oils, and cow ghee. Generate and close bulk orders from wholesalers, retailers, and distributors. Handle inbound inquiries from e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp, and social media channels. Clearly explain product features, quality standards, pricing, and benefits to customers. Process orders and ensure timely follow-up for payment confirmation. Maintain an updated customer database and ensure systematic follow-ups for repeat sales. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally; escalate complex issues when required. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Share feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements:



Female Candidates (Preferred) Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. 2-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or e-commerce sales (preferred). Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (additional Indian languages are an advantage). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Web, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Positive attitude with strong team collaboration skills.

Pay: ?8,088.09 - ?15,349.13 per month
