Position Summary



As a

Telesales Specialist

, you'll be a senior member of our telesales team, focused on driving sales of our e-commerce and digital marketing services. You'll engage with potential and existing clients, understand their business needs, suggest tailored solutions, and help close deals. You'll also mentor junior telesales staff and support strategy refinement. This role requires excellent communication, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Engagement:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing sellers to discuss Bizz Booster's services and how we can help grow their online business.

Qualify & Close:

Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, handle objections, and close sales to achieve targets.

Client Relationship:

Build and maintain long-term relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.

Reporting & Targets:

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and regularly report progress to management.

Strategy & Collaboration:

Work with sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, outreach strategies, and sales conversion.

Market Insight:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our service updates.

Mentorship:

Support and guide junior telesales team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

12th pass minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

1-3+ years in telesales, inside sales, or B2B telemarketing -- preferably in e-commerce services.

Communication:

Excellent verbal interaction skills in

Hindi

and good English proficiency.

Sales & Negotiation:

Strong persuasion skills with proven ability to close deals.

CRM Literacy:

Comfortable with CRM systems and basic office tools (MS Excel, Word).

Attitude:

Goal-oriented, resilient under rejection, and proactive in follow-ups.
