Overview

Grit Developments is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for commercial units at Sevendale Business Park.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound telesales campaigns to generate new leads. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgets, and buying authority. Actively source and enter both internal and external leads into the CRM. Accurately promote and quote Sevendale Business Park commercial units to small and medium-sized businesses. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Accurately record all customer interactions and sales data in the CRM. Assist manager and senior management by providing weekly updates and participation in a regular team meeting. Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Experience

1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems. A strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach. Knowledge of the commercial real estate market (preferred). Bilingual is preferred
