We are looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. Prior experience selling to the
US market
is mandatory, and candidates with exposure to the
HORECA industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes/Catering)
will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers in the US market.
Promote company products/services and highlight key benefits tailored to customer needs.
Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations accordingly.
Maintain strong product knowledge (HORECA industry preferred).
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat sales.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer trends and market insights.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience
in telesales or direct sales (B2B preferred).
Must have worked with a US-based company
and handled
sales for US clients/customers
.
Proven ability to close sales over the phone and manage objections effectively.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
Prior knowledge of the
HORECA industry
(products, buyer behavior, decision-makers) is a strong advantage.
