Telesales Specialist
who can drive lead generation and build strong relationships in the
hotel and hospitality distribution sector

Role Overview
We're seeking a
proactive and persuasive telesales professional
who can connect with hotel procurement teams, generate qualified leads, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will be focused on the
North American market
, with a good understanding of hospitality distribution and
strong communication skills
(even if not very fast-paced).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with hotels, restaurants, and distributors across North America.
Generate qualified sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Maintain a database of potential clients and track all interactions in CRM.
Present Medal Equipment's product range and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and client support.
Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of
telesales or inside sales
experience (hospitality or equipment industry preferred).
Strong English communication skills
-- clarity over speed is fine.
Confidence to make outbound calls and build relationships with hotel clients.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in the US time zone.
