The JobOur client is looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible for calling, converting, convincing leads that will be provided and also to keep track of each conversation.You will be responsible for:- Explaining company services (Website Designing and Digital Marketing) to leads and fixing appointments.- Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling convincing customer.- Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.- Keep records of calls & leads and note useful information- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.Ideal Candidate- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Customer Service, Inside Sales or Telesales within IT - industry.- Experience within would be a strong advantage.- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard (ref:updazz.com)
