Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Specialist at Chinmay Finlease Limited in Ahmedabad. The Lead Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation within the lending sector.

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach. Drive sales growth through telemarketing and customer relationship management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Communicate product benefits effectively to potential customers. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, inbound, and outbound calls. Collaborate with the team and other departments. Gather and report customer feedback and market trends. Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations. Participate in training to enhance sales skills and loan product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills Market Analysis and Innovation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Financial acumen and understanding of lending practices Problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
