Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls related to solar panels
Explain TATA Solar products and services to customers
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain follow-up records and customer data
Achieve assigned sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidates only
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
Sales/telesales experience preferred (freshers are welcome)
Confident, convincing, and target-driven
Basic computer knowledge
