We are looking for energetic and motivated Tele-Sales & Social Commerce Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will handle customer communication through phone and social media, drive product sales, manage CRM entries, and ensure a smooth buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp chats
Respond to Instagram DMs and comments during working hours
Follow approved sales scripts and suggest suitable products
Tag and update all customer leads on Interakt CRM
Achieve daily call and lead targets
Follow up with customers and close sales
Maintain clean records and resolve open queries within 48 hours
Provide customer feedback and suggestions to improve service
Tools You Will Use:
Interakt CRM
WhatsApp Business API
Instagram (for customer replies)
Basecamp (for internal task tracking)
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic understanding of CRM and social media platforms
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Sales or customer service experience is a plus
