We are looking for a dynamic, articulate, and persuasive female telesales professional to engage with prospective investors, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to effectively present investment opportunities, products, and financial offerings over the phone.
This role plays a key part in building investor confidence, generating qualified leads, and supporting the business development and investment teams through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential investors and clients to present financial and investment products.
Build rapport with prospects, understand their investment preferences, and provide relevant information or proposals.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication, CRM updates, and follow-ups.
Schedule meetings or demos with the sales/investment team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and investor interactions.
Support campaign activities, promotional drives, and investor engagement events.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, investor onboarding, and after-sales service.
Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets while maintaining high professionalism and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confident, clear, and pleasant telephone manner.
Basic understanding of financial products, investment schemes, or banking processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Good computer skills and proficiency with CRM or lead management tools.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in telesales, banking, insurance, or investor relations is an added advantage.
