We're hiring a motivated Telesales that can help our organisation generate sales. You'll be responsible of closing sales over the phone, arrange for demos and maintaining positive client relationships. Must be a good communicator and have outstanding interpersonal skills. They must be at ease pitching our financial planning over the phone, as well as dealing with complaints and questions. The purpose is to assist the company in growing by attracting new consumers and expanding its operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outgoing (outbound) calls to customers for our financial planning training.
2. Explain them about our company products/services and generate more leads.
3. Incoming Enquiries and calls to be handled with priority.
4. Sending emails and having a close follow up with the prospective clients.
5. Ensure that the leads are getting converted in to sale.
6. Demos to be arranged by coordinating with the field sales/service team if required.
7. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets as per the company requirement.
8. Foster strong relationships with the existing customers for recurring sale. Also, keep updating them on the new launches.
Required Skills and Qualification:
1. Prior experience working as a tele sales / tele calling / inside sales executive or in a similar role for minimum 6 months to 2 year.
2. English & Hindi commnucation who are willing to grow in sales can apply too.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
3. Outstanding negotiation and time management skills.
5. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: Up to ?26,754.40 per month
