As a BPO Voice Process Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and guiding them through the loan application process. You will work closely with the Sales, IT/Telecom, and Loan Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of LendMart's mission to provide accessible financial solutions. This role is crucial in building customer trust and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products, eligibility criteria, and application status.- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of loan terms and conditions.- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members.- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential customers, qualify leads, and promote LendMart's loan offerings.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.- Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.Required Skillset :- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution.- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes and technologies.- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.- Experience in BPO Sales, IT/Telecom Sales, Telesales, IT/Telecom, BPO Operations, Voice Operations, or Loan Operations is a plus.- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Ability to work in Chennai.
