- Job Title: BPO Calling - Apprentice Program (Mumbai)- Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra- Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office- Shift: Rotational Shifts- Stipend: - 20,000 - 25,000 per month + Incentives + Rewards + Travel Discounts- Education: Graduate (Pass-out 2021-2025)- Experience: Fresher-friendly (No prior experience required)Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers- Handle incoming queries related to travel, bookings, or services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs- Meet performance targets and service level standards- Ensure excellent customer service at all timesEligibility Criteria:- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Graduate (Pass-out years 2021 to 2025 only)- Candidates must NOT hold the following qualifications: B.Tech, BE, BSc IT, Master's degrees- All semester mark sheets must be available- Should not have an existing PF account- Flexible to work in rotational shifts from the office (Mumbai) (ref:updazz.com)
