Job Role & Responsibilities:- Follow up with leads generated via calls, emails, or online inquiries.- Convert potential leads into confirmed sales through effective communication.- Handle incoming customer queries related to products/services.- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports on a daily/weekly basis.- Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with call feedback and sales status.- Coordinate with the internal sales or operations team for order fulfillment.- Share customer insights and feedback with management for process improvement.- Stay informed about current offers, pricing, and product details.- Maintain a professional, courteous tone during all customer interactions.- Be available on-call as and when required based on workload and lead volume.Key Skills Required:- Strong verbal communication skills.- Basic computer and reporting skills (Excel/CRM familiarity).- Sales-driven attitude with target focus.- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.- Good organizational and follow-up skills.- Well versed with PowerPoint and excel (ref:updazz.com)
