Job Description
Key Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to potential customers to present our products/services- Explain product features and benefits to customers- Answer questions about products/services and pricing- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional products/servicesRequirements :- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong sales and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (ref:updazz.com)
