Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in reaching out to prospective students, sharing information about our courses, and assisting with enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about our programs.
Understand and address student inquiries, offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling targets.
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
