Job Overview:
We are looking for a
highly motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive
to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. This role requires someone who can proactively engage with potential clients over the phone and convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Promote and sell the company's products/services effectively.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in sales conversations.
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Knowledge of sales techniques, telesales, and customer service.
Education and Experience:
Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales may also apply.
