Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive
Telecaller / Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating qualified leads or converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and explain company services (IT, digital marketing, web development, etc.)
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client feedback
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive client relationship
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or telesales executive (minimum 6 months preferred) Freshers can apply
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic understanding of IT or digital services is a plus
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling calls
Ability to work with targets and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining lead data
