Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated through portals, campaigns, and walk-ins
Handle inbound inquiries related to residential/commercial real estate projects
Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, floor plans, and payment plans
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture and convert leads
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up status in CRM
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals
Coordinate with sales managers for closures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Female candidates only
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate preferred
0-3 years of experience in
real estate telesales / telecalling
Good communication skills in English and local language
Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
