Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective home buyers from the company's lead database.
Explain property/project details, benefits, pricing, and location advantages.
Answer client queries professionally and persuasively.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and field sales team.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and lead status updates in Excel or CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Requirements:
Education:
12th pass minimum; graduates preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers welcome; real estate tele sales experience is a plus).
Languages:
Must be fluent in
Hindi, Bengali, and English
.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM usage).
Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
