We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Telesales Representative
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold data.
Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively.
Answer queries about offerings, pricing, or company policies.
Follow call scripts to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Follow up with potential leads and re-engage cold contacts.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Proven experience in telesales or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge MS Office.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English.
Preferred Skills:

Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
