Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Tele Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Promote and explain products or services to prospects. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with potential customers to increase conversion rates. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
