We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calling, nurturing leads, and promoting our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored product or service solutions
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts
Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style during all interactions
Develop a deep understanding of our technology offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Follow up with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or business development is highly desirable
Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
