Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for IT services (web development, digital marketing, etc.)
Explain company offerings clearly and persuasively over the phone
Follow up on leads through calls and emails to close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in CRM tools
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to align sales strategies
Candidate Requirements:
Must be a fresher or experienced professional with previous exposure to IT companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
Ability to understand and explain technical products and services
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Basic knowledge of IT services like web development, SEO, and social media marketing is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
