Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Make a minimum of 100 calls daily to prospects and existing clients.

Introduce SK Offset's products and services, identify client requirements, and provide customized solutions.

Log all calls accurately in Google Sheets/CRM with status updates, conversation notes, and follow-up dates.

Share catalogues, sample PDFs, and WhatsApp follow-up messages with prospects.

Conduct thorough pre-call research on company background and industry.

Send at least 10-15 personalized emails daily to targeted A & B category prospects.

Generate new leads from online platforms (Google, IndiaMART, Trade India, Justdial, LinkedIn, industry portals, company websites).

Maintain and verify lead data accuracy before adding to CRM/Google Sheets.

Make timely follow-up calls to nurture hot leads and confirm appointments.

Submit End-of-Day (EOD) report detailing calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and orders booked.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:



Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain high accuracy in CRM/Google Sheets reporting.

Ensure prompt sharing of catalogues and communication with clients.

Actively contribute to order booking and revenue generation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:



Minimum qualification: Graduate (degree must be completed).

Good communication & persuasion skills (English & Hindi).

Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email writing.

Research-oriented with ability to generate quality leads.

Pay: ?8,875.91 - ?12,000.00 per month
