Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT services and solutions (software, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, etc.)
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value propositions clearly
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Schedule appointments or demos for senior sales or technical teams
Handle objections professionally and negotiate within company guidelines
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates
Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing (IT industry preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT services, software, or technology solutions
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

Experience selling B2B IT services or SaaS solutions
Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnels
Exposure to international calling or global clients
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
