Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We're seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team, focusing on generating sales leads and bookings for our hotel and restaurant clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales leads and bookings for hotel and restaurant clients through outbound calls.
2. Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
5. Handle objections and close deals.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and bookings.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry (hotels and restaurants) is desirable.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
