About FindMyGuru



FindMyGuru is a rapidly growing tutor marketplace where trainers can register, showcase their expertise, and connect with students online/offline. Our mission is to empower tutors by giving them a digital platform and help students find the right mentor at an affordable cost.

Responsibilities



Identify, approach, and onboard qualified tutors/trainers from various domains (IT, SAP, Communication Skills, School/College Subjects, Competitive Exams, etc.). Promote FMG subscription plans to trainers and close registrations. Build and maintain strong relationships with tutors and provide them support in the onboarding process. Collaborate with the marketing team to design tutor acquisition campaigns. Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals. Maintain tutor database, track progress, and report performance.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (EdTech preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Comfortable with phone-based and digital outreach. Passion for education and helping trainers succeed.
