Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of telesales experience in
Health or Life/Term Insurance
.
Education:
Graduate preferred.
Preferred Brands Experience:
Niva Bupa, ICICI, Care, Star, etc.
Added Advantage:
In-house insurance telecalling experience.
Languages:
Mandatory: English & Hindi + one regional language (
Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
)
Multi-language skills preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Good understanding of insurance products.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
