Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to expand our international courier business. The role involves identifying new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our courier services for documents, parcels, and other shipments worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for international courier and cargo services.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Understand client shipping needs and provide customized logistics solutions.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Generate quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals efficiently.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.

Qualification-Graduate

Exp-Minimum 1 yr in Tele-sales

Salary offered-18k to 22k

Location- Chennai - Ekkatungal

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
