Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a prepared script.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Handle objections and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
