Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets Handle walk-ins (if assigned) -- engage with them, explain features, & convert to
premium

Maintain all customer interaction records and documentation accurately Appear for regular performance check-ins and continue learning & growing
What You'll Bring

6+ months of telesales or outbound calling experience, inside sales, online sales, telsales, advisors
CTC upto 3.3 lpa

Smart selling approach -- persuasive yet consultative Strong communication skills (spoken + written) in English + Kannada or Telugu or Malayalam Clear diction and confident speech High energy, target orientation, and resilience under pressure
