Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Present products/services and explain their benefits clearly.
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and maintain follow-ups to close sales.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM/software.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in tele sales/tele-calling (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
