Key Responsibilities:1. Telecalling & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients in the jewellery sector.
Introduce company products, collections, offers, and services.
Convert inquiries into potential business leads.
Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, and feedback.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong rapport with existing clients.
Provide timely responses to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Ensure high customer satisfaction with effective communication and service.
3. Sales Support & Coordination
Share catalogues, product details, price lists, and updates with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, production, dispatch, accounts) for order processing.
Update customers on order status, delivery timelines, and payment follow-ups.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily call reports and client communication records.
Track leads, inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
Report sales updates and customer insights to management.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic knowledge of jewellery items (gold/silver/diamond) is an advantage.
Strong follow-up skills and relationship-building capability.
Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, calling tools, MS Excel, and email writing.
Ability to meet targets with discipline and consistency.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of telesales / customer handling experience.
Jewellery industry experience preferred.
Graduate.
